My name is Justin, and I'm the owner and lead developer of Forest Hills Web, a New York City-based web development company. I started the business while building my career in software engineering and studying computer science, with a simple goal: help small businesses get better technology without needing a large in-house development team.

As I started working with local businesses, I noticed the same problem over and over again. Some were being quoted huge one-time prices for websites, while others had already spent thousands of dollars and were left with slow, outdated sites that were difficult to maintain and didn't actually help the business grow. Even after launch, they were often on their own whenever something needed to be changed, fixed, or improved.

So I built Forest Hills Web around a different model. Instead of treating a website like a one-time project, we combine an upfront setup fee with an ongoing monthly subscription. Our plans currently start at $3,000 plus $400 per month, with higher tiers at $4,000 plus $650 per month and $6,000 plus $1,000 per month depending on the scope of the project and level of ongoing support.

That structure lets us do the work properly from the beginning while continuing to maintain, improve, and support what we build after launch. Clients don't have to worry about hosting, technical maintenance, updates, or finding a new developer every time their business changes.

Over time, our work has expanded beyond websites. We've built custom analytics tools, AI-powered phone systems, scheduling integrations, and other software for businesses that need more than an online brochure. The goal is still the same: give smaller organizations access to high-quality software, design, and ongoing technical support without needing to build their own development team.
